Yes, you can use our mBILL API Integration Guide to plug into your website. You may need a programmer to help you do this.

Q3: How long does it take to setup a Shared and Dedicated Short Code?
Shared takes 3days while Dedicated takes 8weeks

Q4: How Do I get paid my accumulated revenue?
txtNation pays out every 120 days. However, your revenue must be up to N125k before the 120th day. If you miss the mark, then you will be paid during the next 120 day payment cycle.

Q5: How long is txtNation's contract?
Every short code setup has a minimum of 3, 6, or 12 months contract agreement.

Q6: Can I buy additional keywords into my account?
Yes, additonal keywords can be purchased for N15k each. You can also assign a different tariff to each new keyword.

Q7: How many networks do you support on your Shared Platform?
We currently cover MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, and VISAFONE. We are working hard to add ETISALAT very soon.

Q8: What does those amount on the Shared Payout Chart mean?
Those figures are what txtNation will pay you for every sms that comes through your account. VAT and other deductions have been removed.

Q9: Is there a limit to the number incoming of sms traffic on a Shared Platform?
No, there is no limit. Your subscribers can send as many sms as possible.

Q10: Can I be your Short Code Reseller?
Yes, contact us for reseller terms.

Q11: Can numbers be used as keywords?
Yes, numbers can be used as keywords. However, the mixture of numbers and letters is not allowed. Minimum of 3 letters or numbers is required.

Q12: What is the sms maximum capacity that your shared code can receive daily? Is there a limited transactions number set for one number?
Answer: There is no limit to the number of sms our shared short code can handle. It is unlimited

Q13: What happens to sms sent from Networks that you dont integrate with? are they tracable or just dropped and lost?
Answer: We support MTN, GLO, AIRTEL and VISAFONE. All sms originated from gsm phones outside the specified networks will be lost.

Q14: Is N100 the maximum that can be charged for a sms competition in Nigeria?
Answer: Yes, that is the max on our Shared. However, our Dedicated can handle N150 and N200 but the setup fee is N400,000.00 and monthly access fee is N70,000.00. Also it takes 8weeks to setup.

Q15: Can the contract with Txtnation be less than 12 months? for example 6 months?
Answer: Yes, we can accept 3, 6, and 12months.

Q16: Can the payment timeframe be less than 120 days? for example 90 days?
Answer: No, unfortunately the time is 120 days and cannot be any lower.
